We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected business to recruit an Accounts Officer for their busy finance team based in Belfast. This organisation has built an excellent reputation for delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer service across multiple sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first-line support for all incoming financial enquiries
  • Assist with the management of credit control processes
  • Process sales and purchase invoices across high-volume ledgers
  • Support reconciliations of nominal ledgers
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Director and wider finance team
  • Produce weekly and monthly finance reports as required
  • Assist with general administrative duties within a busy finance department
  • Liaise with internal departments including Sales and Operations
  • Support the wider finance function with ad hoc duties as required

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong aptitude for administrative and finance-related tasks
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience within a finance environment would be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work
  • Motivated individual with a desire to learn and progress within finance
