Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a small, well-established accountancy practice based in South Belfast, as they seek to appoint aqualified Accounting Technicianto their friendly & supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounting Technician who is keen to work across a varied client portfolio, with a strong focus on accounts preparation. Our client is happy to support with any further study towards the successful candidate’s ACA or ACCA exams.
What you’ll be doing…
Working closely with the current team, you will be involved across the following aspects:
- Assisting with the preparation of accounts for a varied client portfolio.
- VAT returns.
- Supporting with monthly payroll for the firm’s clients.
- Liaising with clients to ensure strong working relationships are maintained.
- Supporting senior accounts with ad hoc projects when required.
Essential Criteria…
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will possess the following criteria:
- Qualified accounting technician (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in an accountancy practice setting.
- Comfortable working on accounts production.
- Proactive & professional individual.
- Strong communication skills.
