Artemis Human Capital is pleased to be partnering with a dynamic mid-tier firm based in Belfast as they seek to appoint a qualified accountant to their growing team. Our client boasts a fantastic portfolio of clients across a variety of industries & sectors, including top NI businesses. As Accounting Manager, you will work closely across a diverse portfolio ensuring an excellent accounting service is delivered.

The Job…Reporting to the firm’s senior leadership team, you will oversee a portfolio of clients tailored to your specific experience & interests. You will ensure all accounting deadlines are met within the agreed timelines. Working collaboratively with the wider team, you will also assist with the management of resources & mentorship of junior members of the team. There is also the option to explore advisory/corporate finance work within this exciting opportunity.

Candidate Criteria…To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification.
  • 1-2 years’ minimum post-qualified experience within an accountancy practice setting.
  • ‘Hands-on’ attitude with a solutions orientated approach.
  • Excellent communication skills- both written & verbal.

Remuneration Package…Our client have put together an excellent benefits package for the successful applicant, which includes:

  • A competitive starting salary of up to £50,000 per annum.
  • Performance based bonus paid out twice annually.
