Location: Irthlingborough

Shift Available: Sunday to Thursday: 11pm to 7am

Hourly Rate: £15.17 per hour

Overtime Rate: £20.13 per hour (After 40 hours)

About: G R Employment Ltd is looking for a qualified Counterbalance Forklift Driver. This position is for an immediate start in the Wellingborough NN9 5DB area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading companies in dried fruits, nuts, and seeds. The company has been manufacturing for over 100 years here in the UK and providing healthy, nutritious snacks. We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent work with a bit of flexibility built in.

Your daily responsibilities include operating a forklift and picking, loading, and unloading vehicles. You will be using a truck with an RF scanner to pick up and transfer stock to its designated product location. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and performing general warehouse tasks. It is essential to have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you should be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance licence
  • Preferred basic experience with forklift trucks
  • Food Hygiene and Health and safety training will be given when required
