We are looking for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to support Office Managers and Financial Planners, delivering a high-quality, compliant and efficient service to clients. You will play a key role in managing client files, new business processes and administrative support for complex cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate provider information and client illustrations to support financial planning recommendations
- Run Risk Profiler results and produce fund switch and valuation reports
- Process new business, withdrawals and switches in line with compliance standards
- Prepare suitability reports, client reviews and associated documentation
- Coach and train colleagues, assisting with workflow and task management
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience as an Administrator in an IFA environment
- Experience supporting high-profile and complex clients
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management, organisation and multitasking abilities
