Paraplanner
We are recruiting for a Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning firm based in Warwick. This is a full-time, hybrid position supporting three Financial Advisers, playing a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions and an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and compliant suitability reports.
- Conduct research and analysis on investments, pensions, and financial planning products.
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and ongoing review of client financial plans.
- Gather, verify, and maintain accurate client information and documentation.
- Produce cashflow models and financial planning scenarios.
- Ensure all recommendations meet FCA regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Liaise effectively with Financial Advisers and the administration team.
- Prepare supporting documentation for client meetings.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Manage workloads effectively and consistently meet agreed deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and personal finance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience writing high-quality, compliant suitability reports.
- Good understanding of investment products, pensions, and wealth management solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
- Experience within a paraplanning, financial planning, or wealth management environment is highly desirable.
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or currently working towards it) is advantageous.
