Training & Development Manager
Our client is looking for a Training & Development Manager to support and develop Practice Support Staff (PSS) within a growing and professional financial planning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paraplanner or technical professional who is passionate about coaching, mentoring and improving technical standards across a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and manage structured training programmes for PSS staff
- Support onboarding and ongoing development of paraplanners and technical team members
- Provide coaching, mentoring and technical guidance
- Ensure high standards of financial planning knowledge and best practice
- Identify skills gaps and create development plans to enhance team capability
About You
- Experience within a financial planning environment essential; SJP experience essential
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of financial planning
- Background in paraplanning or technical support
- Passion for training, mentoring and developing others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
