Key responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching, and performance management
  • Ensure the store is well-presented and fully stocked at all times, including overseeing merchandising and inventory management
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives

Key qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
