Hours: Monday to Friday 10pm - 6am (Night Work)

The Role

  • Accuracy & Presentation: Seal and box meals to ensure all products meet legal weight requirements and high presentation standards.
  • Quality Control: Verify freezing processes, operate x-ray and metal detection equipment, and confirm all packaging and labelling match specifications.
  • Documentation: Complete all paperwork accurately, including legal obligations.
  • Team Contribution: Collaborate effectively in a small team to minimise damage and wastage.

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in food manufacturing or catering (NVQ Level 2 is a bonus).
  • A background in team leadership is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
