What You Will Do:

  • Inspire your team – coach and support Porters and Cleaners (including night shift) to take pride in their work, stay motivated, and feel part of something bigger.
  • Champion high standards – plan, complete, and monitor hygiene tasks to ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and legal requirements.
  • Create calm and confidence – maintain clean, safe, well-organised spaces that allow others to do their best work.
  • Take ownership – manage cleaning stock, PPE, and chemical supplies responsibly and efficiently.
  • Improve the system – identify smart, sustainable ways to keep standards high while controlling costs.
  • Support cross-team success – work closely with other departments to ensure equipment and spaces are ready for action.
  • Document with care – maintain accurate hygiene records that reflect the pride we take in every detail.
