We are looking for an experienced Financial Administrator to join our client's SJP Practice based in Beckenham. This position will involve supporting Financial Advisers with all areas of administration including business processing, financial administration and client liaison. This is an office-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of technical and administrative support, responding to client enquiries and liaising with third parties.
- Issuing letters of authority to providers and chasing financial institutions for requested information.
- Drafting and proof-reading documents, including client correspondence and illustrations.
- Creating and updating client records and databases with financial and personal data.
- Maintaining and accurately updating the CRM to manage business workflow.
- Processing new business and chasing through to completion.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience within a Financial Planning role.
- Must have a can-do attitude, flexible and adaptable.
- Exceptional attention to detail is paramount.
- Excellent written English, numerate and analytical.
