Senior Financial Administrator
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administration professional to join a well-established London-based Partner Practice of a leading national wealth management firm.
This role will involve providing high-level administrative and client support to Wealth Planners, working with high-net-worth clients and ensuring all cases are processed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for high-net-worth clients.
- Manage diaries and coordinate client meetings.
- Prepare client meeting packs and documentation.
- Prepare and submit new business and complex application forms.
- Track case progress from submission through to completion.
- Support the full client onboarding process, including AML and CDD checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM and financial planning systems.
- Liaise with providers to obtain updates and resolve queries.
About You
- Previous experience in a financial planning, wealth management, or IFA administration role
- Strong understanding of financial services products including pensions, investments, protection, tax, and estate planning
- Experience using industry systems such as Xplan or Intelliflo (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
