Job Type: This role is 4 days a week.

About: Head therapist role incorporating hands-on treatments and management responsibilities. Working in a luxury holistic environment, you will manage a small team of experienced therapists, from recruitment to arranging their rotas and ensuring they are supported in up-to-date training to maintain the high standards of the business. You will also be responsible for stock management, processing invoices and ensuring booking efficiency to maximise revenue and client satisfaction. In addition to management tasks, you will remain hands-on, offering a range of bespoke holistic facials and therapeutic body massages in a beautiful environment.

Minimum requirements:

  • Level 3 Beauty Therapist or Holistic Therapist
  • Minimum 2 years experience performing spa or holistic treatments
  • Previous management experience in a wellness space would be an advantage
