Join Our Retail team! COOK is seeking a friendly Retail Team Member to join our Ringwood shop. You will create welcoming customer experiences in a vibrant community-focused environment, helping people discover our remarkable, handmade food.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service, prioritising customers above all else, share knowledge about our products, menus, and promotions.
  • Maintain immaculate shop presentation and stock levels.
  • Operate till efficiently and handle cash transactions.
  • Assist with deliveries, stock checks, and opening/closing procedures.
  • Wear branded uniform (apron and name badge) at all times.
  • Support community-focused events and team activities.

What we are looking for:
