The Role
Our client is looking for a skilled and patient-focused Microsuction / Ear Wax Removal Specialist to join their growing clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values quality over quantity, and wants to work in a setting where patient care is prioritised above all else.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ear wax removal using microsuction and/or irrigation techniques.
- Conduct otoscopy and thorough patient assessments.
- Identify contraindications and refer where appropriate.
- Provide clear aftercare advice and patient education.
- Provide aftercares and follow ups.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and clinical standards.
- Deliver a high standard of patient care in line with the clinic’s ethos.
- Support the wider audiology team where required.
Requirements
- Qualified in microsuction and/or ear irrigation.
- Experience in a clinical or audiology setting.
- Competent in otoscopy and recognising ear conditions.
