We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our brand new Bluewater store in a flexible part-time position.
As a brand ambassador, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, inspiring and memorable in-store experience, with a genuine passion for fashion, people and sustainability.

- Day to Day, You\'ll Be
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and experience through excellent sales service.
- Assessing customers' needs and providing assistance and information on all in-store product.
- Following and achieving the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Maintaining stock levels and ensuring assigned areas are kept in presentable condition.
- Maintaining consistent product knowledge, with the ability to cross-sell and offer styling solutions.
- Processing point-of-sale purchases and handling returns.
- Supporting with visual merchandising and suggesting ways to improve sales through it.
- Actively contributing to the company's commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
About You
Ideally, you'll come with previous experience in retail, an interest in responsible product, and a passion for excellent customer experience.
