About you
We’re looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to join our Bluewater store in a full-time capacity. As a key team member and brand ambassador, you’ll bring exceptional customer service, embody our values of sustainability and conscious fashion, and help lead a passionate in-store team to success. You’ll support team development, drive performance, and help deliver an unforgettable shopping experience.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
- Sales & Customer Experience
- Deliver a warm, personalised shopping experience where customers feel truly welcomed and valued.
- Lead by example to drive sales, maximise customer interactions, and encourage upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure the team is confident and knowledgeable about Nobody’s Child’s collections, sustainability efforts, and bestsellers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales targets and store KPIs.
- Help train and onboard new team members, embedding the brand ethos and customer service standards.
- Motivate and inspire your colleagues to deliver outstanding service and represent the brand with confidence.
- Act as Duty Manager when senior management is absent, overseeing store operations and maintaining communication with the Area Manager.
- Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Maintain high visual and operational standards—ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and on-brand.
- Oversee stock replenishment, deliveries, and general inventory management.
- Support till operations, including handling refunds and end-of-day closing procedures.
- Keep the fitting rooms and till areas tidy, organised, and customer-ready.
- Actively contribute to our company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into everyday work. This includes minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values.
