Audiologist Location: Mobile across Surrey practices Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 Per Annum Plus £5000 car allowance Per Annum Plus Incentive scheme
Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality, patient-centred audiology care as a qualified, HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser/Audiologist, delivering thorough assessments and personalised hearing solutions across multiple clinic sites (Banstead, Purley, Croydon, Bookham and Caterham). You will use strong communication and interpersonal skills to support patients throughout their hearing-care journey, while being adaptable, proactive, and open to innovative ways of working. Above all, you will demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care and continuously improving service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out full hearing assessments.
- Fit, programme, and verify hearing aids.
- Conduct microsuction wax removal (training in this is preferred but not required).
- Perform Tympanometry confidently.
- Provide aftercare and ongoing patient support.
- Build strong patient relationships and deliver person-centred care.
- Work across different Surrey branches (driving required).
- Support service development and contribute to new ideas/processes.
- Ensure thorough awareness of clinical techniques and product availability, through professional journals, attending seminars, training sessions and exhibitions to assist in ensuring that knowledge, CPD points and registration is kept up-to-date.

Qualifications and Experience
- BSc (Hons) in Audiology or Foundations Degrees for Hearing Aid Dispensers (HADs).
- Tympanometry experience beneficial.
- Microsuction experience beneficial.
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication skills and passion for customer service.
- Adaptable and comfortable working between sites.
- IT skills (Word, Excel etc) and good organisational skills are also called for.
- Must be enthusiastic, willing to learn new skills and able to adapt to a role that is often evolving.
