The Role
- Working closely with the Senior Service Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for the administrative lifecycle of the Building Safety Levy.
- You will not just be processing paperwork; you will be determining levy chargeability, managing revenue, and providing expert guidance to developers and consultants in a fast paced, commercial environment.

- Customer Champion: Provide high quality, professional advice to the public and developers regarding fees, application types, and exemptions.
- Financial Integrity: Oversee invoice issuance, monitor debt recovery, and coordinate quarterly revenue transfers to the MHCLG.
