About the role

Dedicate Recruitment is delighted to be supporting this lovely SEN College in the search for an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join their finance team on a 3-month temporary basis. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of monthly management accounts, financial reporting, forecasting and year end analysis, while partnering with budget holders and leading the wider finance team of ten staff through a busy period.

The Finance Manager will bring:

  • Experience producing management accounts and financial reports
  • Strong month-end and forecasting skills
  • Knowledge of VAT and fixed assets management
  • Excellent Excel and finance systems skills
  • A proactive, organised approach and the confidence to work with colleagues and external stakeholders

The Finance Manager will ideally be fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA and can demonstrate strong financial acumen. Previous experience of staff management is essential for this role.
