The Company

A highly successful White Collar recruitment company based in Maidstone. They have several office locations and in Maidstone they have a small and growing team of recruiters specialising in the Built Environment.

The Role

Keen to speak to recruiters who have experience in construction, white collar and blue collar, residential house building developers, planning, health and safety, real estate, planning, commercial like quantity surveyors and aligned industries. There are some warm desks to take over, new revenue streams into existing PSL clients and cold desks can be considered for the right person. All the positions are 360 fee earning positions. Most will come with a lot of existing business.

The Selling Points

  • Office is set in a nice location with easy access to the office, parking, nice lunch spots and fun leisure activities nearby.
  • Hours – Autonomous hours – flexible start and end times to suit individual.
  • Days in office - 4 days in office, Wednesday is WFH, Friday finish at 1pm.

The Package

  • Retainers can be agreed in some circumstances.
  • Increases on basic salaries can be agreed.
  • Will pay up to 50k and take billers at AD level if they come in with the right attitude and good high billing track record.
  • Will look at share options for people coming in and building out areas or bringing significant business with them.
  • Commission has no threshold and goes up in 10%’s every 10k billed. So 0-10 is 10%, 10-20 is 20% - full scheme will be sent before interview.

The Requirements

  • Experienced recruiters with 18 months plus experience.
  • Driven and hard working.
  • Be able to demonstrate they will produce a profitable desk.
  • Able to do BD and benefit from lots of existing PSL’s.
