A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reliability Engineer to join the engineering team of a global manufacturing business during a major multi-million-pound plant upgrade programme. 18 months fixed term contract.
Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Reliability Engineer will play a key role in improving plant reliability, driving preventative maintenance strategies, leading Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations, and supporting continuous improvement across a large heavy process manufacturing site.
Key responsibilities
- Drive equipment reliability and preventative maintenance improvements.
- Lead RCFA, FMEA and reliability improvement projects.
- Optimise maintenance strategies, PPMs and critical spares.
- Analyse equipment performance using SAP PM and condition monitoring techniques.
- Support engineering standards, asset management and small capital improvement projects.
- Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to maximise plant performance.
- Reliability Engineer requirements
- HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering.
- Experience in reliability, maintenance or asset management within heavy manufacturing, process, paper, chemicals, FMCG or similar industries.
- Knowledge of RCFA, FMEA, condition monitoring and CMMS systems (SAP PM preferred).
