The Company Construction recruitment agency in Bromley are looking for an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant from any construction vertical/background to join them. They have long-established clients and a very good reputation in the market, with lots of Tier 1 clients and large subcontractor clients. Traditionally a construction (blue collar and white collar) agency but also expanding into new areas, including commercial office-based markets.
The Role
- 360 Recruitment, with Business Development.
- You will secure Construction clients and then once secured you will account manage this entire client and manage all roles.
- You can work temp/contract or perm or you might choose to do a dual desk and work on all positions available for this client.
- You can work on all geographies with your client and all verticals and don't need to pass your colleagues' roles based on postcode or role title etc.
- You will therefore build very good long-term relationships with your clients.
- You can stick to M25 area and London and SE or you can widen scope and do business development further afield.
- Once you have secured enough work to be sufficiently busy you will then be able to hire resourcing/delivery support as needed.

- No threshold on commission. 10% to 20% on sliding scale (Monthly) Bonus on junior consultants' billings once you add team members.

- Innovative solutions, always forward-thinking, learning, looking at ways to improve back office and processes etc. to be as efficient as possible.
- Very good payroll company supporting, really effective, no problems with payroll, they sign candidates up onto payroll and send over any actions for consultants, e.g. they haven’t signed contract after chasing etc.
- 20 days annual leave, 1 day off for birthday plus bank holidays.
- Director Lunches and team incentives for sales as you go.
The Requirements
- Ideally you will be a 360 recruiter with at least a year (ideally more) of construction recruitment experience in any built environment/construction vertical.
- Can be a temps or perm recruiter, or someone who dual desks.
- Need to be very money motivated and driven to bring in new clients.
- Need proven experience securing new clients and then making placements with them.
- Up to £40K level depending on experience (They may also look at a more experienced level on a case-by-case basis, depending on markets and experience).
