Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with the customer
- Interact with visitors and seek every opportunity to increase sales at all customer touchpoints, enhancing the customer experience
- Combine a Customer First focus with store tasks
- Work actively with additional sales in all touch points such as the cash desk, fitting room, on the floor and other areas of interaction
- Work actively to reach both store common and individual goals
- Take an active part in developing own skills and performance, contributing to a good working environment
- Cooperate with all colleagues. Give and receive feedback in a constructive way
- Act according to Lindex values and steering documents
- Continuously improve working methods within the role
- Seek and share necessary information to reach the best results

Hours
8 hours per week. You must be fully flexible for evenings and weekends.
