Employee Benefits Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join our client's Employee Benefits team in Leicester. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing client portfolios and providing high-quality administrative and consultative support.
About the role
You will work closely with a team of consultants to oversee a portfolio of client Employee Benefits, including Group Personal Pension, Group Life Assurance, Critical Illness Cover, Group Income Protection, Private Medical Insurance, Health Cash Plans, Dental Insurance and Travel Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and administering a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients
- Working alongside consultants to meet client needs, including attending meetings when required
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients
- Managing client affairs promptly, accurately and compliantly
- Planning and prioritising workload to meet agreed service levels
The Candidate
- Experience in an employee benefits-related role
- Strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive approach, able to work independently and collaboratively
