If you love good food, delivering fantastic service and the hustle and bustle of pub life, you’ll love working with us as one of our Food and Beverage Assistants (Bar and Floor) at The Potting Shed, Langley. You do not necessarily need any experience as we’ll guide you and teach you, but you do need to demonstrate that you are a great team player with the initiative to work unsupervised.

Greeting guests with a cheerful, energetic and enthusiastic welcome, being knowledgeable about the food and drinks we offer and being confident with your communication and people skills are the keys to your success in this role. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile and exceeding customer expectations.

Hourly rate up to £12.71 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a cheerful, energetic and enthusiastic welcome.
  • Be knowledgeable about the food and drinks offered and communicate confidently with guests.
  • Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Support the team across bar and floor roles and assist colleagues as needed.
  • Demonstrate initiative to work unsupervised when required.

Qualifications

  • No specific experience required; training will be provided.
  • Great team player with strong communication and people skills.
