About the Role

JD Sports at Bluewater is seeking a Floor Manager to lead and develop a high‑performing retail team. This role focuses on driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience within a dynamic store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support store leadership in day‑to‑day operations to achieve sales targets and key KPIs
  • Lead and guide colleagues on the shop floor, allocating tasks and upholding JD standards
  • Assist with coaching and development, providing real‑time feedback to colleagues
  • Maintain high presentation and operational standards, including product availability, visual displays, and store safety
  • Deliver key operational duties such as cash handling, till checks, stock audits, and opening/closing routines
