Core Responsibilities
- Ensuring all ingredients are of a high quality standard before use.
- Ensuring portion control on each dish prepared.
- To help and report to the sous chef daily.
- To work hygienically.
- Work closely with other sections and your team in a high volume kitchen.

- Full training given. No experience necessary just a willingness to do a good job.
- Having worked in a previous role within the food industry would be great where attention to detail is super important.
