We are seeking a qualified and patient-focused Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to join a well-established, multi-site clinical team. This is a primarily clinic-based role offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality audiological care within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will take full ownership of the patient journey, from initial assessment through to fitting and long-term aftercare, working closely with optical colleagues and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic testing.
- Perform ear examinations and ear health checks.
- Provide hearing aid consultations, fittings, and programming.
- Deliver ongoing aftercare, servicing, and patient rehabilitation.
- Carry out microsuction wax removal (training provided if required).
- Manage clinic diaries and appointment schedules.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and patient documentation.
- Liaise with hearing aid manufacturers and suppliers.
- Support stock management and equipment maintenance.

- Patients typically enter via an optical screening/referral pathway
- Full ownership of care from:
