The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Hearing Care Assistant to join our clinic, with a strong focus on ear wax removal services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to move away from a high-pressure retail environment and work in a quality-driven, patient-first clinic, with the added opportunity to progress into Audiology long term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform ear wax removal using: Microsuction, Irrigation, (Manual techniques where appropriate).
  • Use ENT microscope equipment to deliver safe and precise treatment.
  • Conduct hearing screenings.
  • Support with hearing aid repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide clear aftercare advice and reassurance to patients.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records.
