Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Our client is seeking an experienced, organised and self-motivated Warehouse Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation where you can make a real impact on efficiency, performance and continuous improvement.

Role

This role is solely responsible for the packing and dispatch of goods. Candidates must be happy with working alone for the majority of the time.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Reach FL certificate.
  • ERP and WMS computer experience.
  • Stock control.
  • Good in and out.
  • Full UK driving license.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations including picking, packing and dispatch.
  • Manage stock control, inventory accuracy and stock takes.
  • Oversee international shipping, documentation and logistics coordination.
  • Maintain warehouse layout, safety and compliance standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage supplier, courier, and internal stakeholder relationships.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven warehouse or operations management experience.
  • ERP/WMS knowledge (Navision desirable).
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Experience with international logistics and exports.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication abilities.
