About the Role
Senex Recruitment is supporting a specialist engineering and technology-focused organisation near Godalming, Surrey seeking a Project Manager to deliver complex engineering projects across global operations. The company will consider applicants at both a Project Manager and Senior or Lead Project Manager level. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on delivering multi-disciplinary projects across process, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems, managing the full project lifecycle from design and procurement through to installation and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end delivery of engineering projects including design, procurement, installation and commissioning
- Supporting the development of P&IDs and equipment specification, working closely with controls and automation teams
- Building strong relationships with customers, contractors and suppliers across projects
- Contributing to quotations, technical proposals and vendor coordination
- Ensuring all work complies with ISO standards, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements
- Supporting innovation, efficiency improvements and best practice across project delivery
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering engineering projects end-to-end
- Strong technical background in process, mechanical, electrical or instrumentation engineering
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of engineering standards, safety and compliance
- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset
- A Prince2 or APM qualification would be an advantage
Salary and Benefits
