Mobile Optometrist - Aberdeen
Our client is currently recruiting for a Mobile Optometrist to support their practices in Aberdeen, covering practices within a 20 mile radius of the city centre and commutable by public transport.
Both full and part time applications will be considered.
This is an opportunity to progress your Optometry career with real ownership over how you practice, balancing the clinical and commercial aspects of the role while working closely with the Practice Managers and Practice Team to build on the practice's existing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive sight tests and eye exams
- Provide a range of clinical services including emergency eye care, paediatric care, and myopia management
- Tailor recommendations to address each patient's needs and preferences
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, including adherence to GOC standards
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and monitor performance
- Ensure all clinical equipment is maintained and in good working order

- Mobile role, spanning a 20 mile radius of the city centre, commutable on public transport
- Part of a wider network of 42 practices and around 350 staff
- Strong collaboration between optical and audiology teams
