Junior Paraplanner
We are looking for a Junior Paraplanner to join our client's wealth management company in Elstree. Your role will be to assist Financial Advisers in financial research for their clients, writing up suitability letters and reports, and ensuring compliance standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with a wide variety of administrative tasks supporting colleagues and clients of the practice
- Compiling detailed reports and portfolio reviews using key data
- Processing new business applications for all products using bespoke software
- Using Salesforce CRM to accurately record all client activity, adhering to compliance guidelines
- Report writing for all products and analysis of clients\' plans using different software systems
Experience/Qualifications
- Several years\' experience working in Financial Services with good all-round knowledge
- Excellent IT and communication skills, highly organised and able to make decisions
- Self-starter able to work with little or no supervision and prioritise workload effectively
- A relevant qualification, or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma, would be an advantage but is not essential
