Our manufacturing client on the outskirts of Dartford is seeking a Production Team Leader. The role is offered as a full-time, permanent position, leading an experienced production team of around 40 staff in two departments: assembly and testing.
The Team Leader must be goal-driven and ensure that all production expectations and demands are met, achieving customer needs in an on-time manner. Responsibilities include:
- Daily production and planning in their area.
- Organising production teams.
- Providing leadership and direction to the production teams.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and electronic (Email and Teams).
- Ability to multitask.
- Communicating with other department heads and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Being hands-on and supporting team members.
Experience Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in managing a team in manufacturing – ideally electronics.
- Good level of education.
