About the Role
Trusted Recruiter is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in Croydon. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to shape community equipment services and support clinical excellence across the region, available on a Full-Time (40 hours) or Part-Time (25 hours) basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on community equipment and assistive technology.
- Support complex and specialist cases.
- Promote safe, evidence-based prescribing practices.
- Collaborate with health and social care professionals to improve equipment pathways.
- Lead audits, governance, and service improvement initiatives.
- Deliver clinical training and education to support clinicians.
- Evaluate new products and technologies for integration into service delivery.
- Analyse service performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Allied Health Professional.
- Significant post-registration experience in community equipment or rehabilitation settings.
- Strong knowledge of equipment prescribing and assistive technology.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience delivering training and supporting clinicians.
- Passion for improving patient outcomes.
