Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the wider branch team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Assess, recommend, and fit appropriate contact lenses based on individual patient needs.
• Maintain high clinical and technical standards across all aspects of contact lens practice.
• Provide thorough aftercare and ongoing support to ensure patient satisfaction and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with patients, encouraging long-term loyalty and trust.
• Participate in Continuing Education and Training (CET) to stay current with industry developments.
• Work flexibly across multiple branches, gaining varied clinical experience.

• You will be a qualified Contact Lens Optician with strong clinical knowledge.
• Have experience in contact lens fitting and aftercare.
