We are looking for a proactive and creative Business Development & Marketing Officer to support the promotion of apprenticeships and commercial opportunities across the University.
Working as part of the Business Development, Research & Innovation (BDRI) Directorate, you will play a key role in translating marketing objectives into engaging campaigns, building relationships with employers and prospective learners, and helping to grow our apprenticeship provision.
As Business Development & Marketing Officer you can expect to be involved in:
- Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote apprenticeships and commercial opportunities.
- Supporting employer engagement activity and identifying new business development opportunities.
- Coordinating outreach events and activities to attract prospective apprentices and learners.
- Creating engaging marketing content and ensuring websites and communications remain accurate and up to date.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery and evaluation.
- Experience creating engaging content and digital marketing activity, including social media campaigns.
- Experience of business-to-business sales, marketing or employer engagement.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
