The CompanyA specialise and boutique Renewable Energy Recruitment Company based just outside London in Kent. The business have had huge success in the few years since setting up. The company focus on Permanent and Contract placements into mainly onshore and offshore wind with the view to do more in Solar in the future. They are part of a wider Group and have a partner recruitment business with strong financial backing.

The Job: Billing Manager position with Built Environment or Energy Recruitment Experience either contingent or executive search. You will be a 360 recruiter with a mindset to bring in new clients but you will benefit from existing business also and you will manage and grow an existing team of 5 recruiters. The team are successful and billing over £900k a year between them already. You can be a perm or contract recruiter and you can choose to focus on UK, Europe or USA. They are open minded to renewables or Solar and Wind.

Sales Incentives:

  • £55-60k Basic Salary plus 2% team override on new business
  • Long term opportunity for shares for high performers
  • Work for a leader who bills more than £900k per year himself and a team below you billing well too - very strong market with lots of work to go after
  • Simple, high reward commission scheme at 20% for senior consultants
  • Commission increases for high billers to 30%
  • No Threshold!
  • Sales Incentive Trips/holidays e.g. Croatia/Skiing - 2 a year
  • Monthly Incentive Vouchers and Prizes
  • Structured sales development, clear expectations and development goals
  • Strong leadership and role models above you, very high performing team billing over £20m with less than 30 recruiters
