A leading beauty salon located in Chiswick, London.
We specialise in providing exceptional beauty services, including facials, massage, waxing, brows and lashes and nail treatments.
Our salon is renowned for its luxurious ambiance, skilled professionals, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beauty Salon Manager to lead our vibrant team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a successful salon.
As a Beauty Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring the highest standards of service.
Also to include offering beauty treatments 70% of the time and the managerial duties 30% of the time. The more the team grows the less you will be in actual hand on treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of beauty professionals.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance skills and performance.
- Customer
Experience: Ensure a premium customer experience by maintaining a welcoming and luxurious environment.
Address client needs and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining salon cleanliness and safety standards.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Utilise social media and other digital marketing tools to enhance salon visibility and engagement.
- Product Management: Manage retail products, including selection, stock levels, and display. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a diverse and high-quality product range.

Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in salon management software and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends, products, and treatments.
