We are seeking a highly professional and qualified Spa Therapist to join the team at a prestigious five-star hotel and spa near Ascot.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through high-standard treatments and impeccable service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently excellent treatments.
- Provide personalised aftercare and expert product recommendations.
- Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation at all times.
- Perform a full range of treatments (massage makes up over 50% of our services).
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and professionally presented.
- Work collaboratively with the spa team and adapt to guest needs and schedule changes.
- Support reception and spa operations as needed.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC preferred).
- Proficient in deep tissue massage.
- Previous experience in a luxury spa setting.
- High attention to detail and polished appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Salary ranges from £26k - £31.5k dependant on experience, plus you also receive service charge of £3.5k to £4k on top of your annual salary.
