We are seeking an inspiring and commercially driven Assistant Store Manager who will support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences, leading high-performing teams, and driving commercial success while upholding the prestige and heritage of the Arabian Oud brand.

  • Support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and delivering operational excellence.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop the team to achieve individual and store performance objectives.

  • Ensure the boutique consistently presents an elegant and luxurious environment.

  • Support opening and closing procedures, cash management, and operational controls.
  • Oversee stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and back-of-house organisation.
  • Monitor store performance and key retail KPIs.
  • Maintain operational excellence across all areas of the business.
