Our London-based client is looking for an experienced Development Manager to manage a team of Financial Advisers, tending to their operational daily needs and managing their personal development.
The Role
As a manager, you will work with and coach an existing team of Advisers to help maximise their performance and ensure the company continues to deliver outstanding customer service. You will assume full responsibility for the Adviser Team including development, compliance, performance and communication.
Experience & Qualities Required
- Successful track record in an FS advisory role (minimum Level 4 Diploma status)
- Ideally working towards Chartered status
- Proven degree of success in a similar managerial role
- Able to identify developmental needs and implement training plans accordingly
- Excellent attention to detail and a stickler for compliance
Main Duties
- Manage the day-to-day running of the Advisory Team
- Conduct regular reviews with Advisers to understand how to improve efficiencies and output
- Interact with other departments to ensure smooth running of the overall operation
- Be accountable for all compliance-related matters
