Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Personal Assistant for a UHNW family. The ideal candidate has experience managing the busy lifestyle of a UHNWI and their children. 
\\n
\\nThis fast-paced role requires a high level of commitment, suitable for someone who can manage upwards and handle all aspects of life with minimal direction. The ideal candidate will act like a lifestyle manager, planning 30 days in advance and understanding the intricate details of each day as they unfold. Experience with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIS) and families is essential, especially having worked for a woman with children and a busy private life to organise.

\\nPosition Requirements:
\\n
\\n- Senior role
\\n- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal assistant for an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) or VIP family
\\n- Experience coordinating with the Head of Management (HM), Head of Security, junior PA, and Senior Butler
\\n- Reporting directly to the HM and the principals
\\n
\\nTravel Requirements:
\\n
\\n- Willingness to travel with the family and plan trips to organise hotels and holidays, as well as extended stays at other homes worldwide (e.g., 3-4 weeks in London)
\\n- Availability to work weekends, remain on-call, and work from home after hours as needed
\\n- Standard workweek: 50 hours from Monday to Friday, with overtime paid for after hours and on weekends
\\n
\\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities May Include:
\\n
\\n- Managing the family’s schedules
\\n- Handling a high volume of online orders
\\n- Coordinating health and beauty appointments for family members
\\n- Managing purchases, invoices, and expenses
\\n- Assisting with complex travel arrangements, including staff travel, jets, yachts, etc.
\\n- Overseeing children’s school and extracurricular activities
\\n- Event management and coordination
\\n- Booking restaurants and leisure activities
\\n- Researching the latest trends (fashion, toys, etc.)
\\n- Managing household inventories
\\n- Maintaining contact lists
\\n
\\nSpecific Areas of Focus:
\\n
\\n1. Lifestyle Management
\\n- Professionally represent the family in correspondence, coordination, research, and planning
\\n- Work closely with the family to understand and anticipate their needs
\\n- Build relationships with vendors, frequented establishments, and family associates
\\n- Maintain detailed calendars with notes on appointments, contact information, and directions
\\n- Plan and execute small and large events (infrequently)
\\n- Shop on behalf of the family, coordinate with stylists, manage returns, and assist in selling clothes through second-hand websites
\\n
\\n2. Travel/Logistics:
\\n- Plan complex travel arrangements and organise staff availability
\\n- Oversee packing, prepare packing lists, and adapt to frequent changes
\\n- Work with the local concierge to suggest and plan activities for the family during travel
\\n- Maintain household inventory lists
\\n
\\n3. Organisation:
\\n- Ship items globally as needed
\\n- Sell unwanted or unnecessary items
\\n- Develop and maintain household inventories and stock levels
\\n
\\n4. Financial Management:
\\n- Keep meticulous records of all spending to provide to management and family accountants
\\n- Conduct significant online shopping, ensuring the delivery, presentation, and return of all items
\\n
\\n5. Record Keeping:
\\n- Collaborate with the family’s doctors, schools, and service providers to maintain accurate records of medical, educational, and personal information
\\n- Work with the family’s stylists to track clothing, jewellery, and art inventory when necessary
\\n
\\nEmployment Details:
\\n
\\n- Status: Employed as a W-2
\\n- Salary Range: $150,000 – $165,000 USD
\\n- Benefits: 
\\n- 2 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)
\\n- 6 days of Sick/Personal Time Off
\\n- 401(k) Plan with single participation
\\n- Discretionary Bonus
\\n- Overtime is paid hourly after 50 hours
\\n- Private health insurance is fully covered for the candidate
\\n- Per diem of $50 for overnight travel, with travel and hotel or Airbnb expenses paid 
\\n
\\nThis position calls for a highly organised and proactive individual who excels at managing complex tasks and developing strong relationships with family members and service providers.

Requirements: Day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 
\\n
\\n- Managing the family’s schedules
\\n- Extremely high volume of online ordering 
\\n- Managing health and beauty appointments for family 
\\n- Managing purchases, invoices and expenses 
\\n- Assisting with extensive & complex travel – experience with advance staff travel, jets, yachts etc
\\n- Managing children’s school activities and after school activities
\\n- Events management & coordination 
\\n- Restaurant & leisure bookings 
\\n- Research into latest trends (fashion, toys, etc)
\\n- Managing inventories 
\\n- Maintaining contact lists

\\n\\n

Working Hours: 50h x week – flexible hours + extra

\\n\\n

Salary Offered: up to $150,000/165,000 per year DOE + bonus and benefits

\\n\\n
