Daily Support & Diary Management
- Manage the principal’s diary, appointments, and day‑to‑day schedule with precision
- Act as the primary point of contact for all communications on behalf of the principal
- Anticipate needs proactively and ensure the principal’s day runs smoothly
- Coordinate with household staff, drivers, and external service providers
- Handle personal errands, shopping, and ad‑hoc tasks with discretion and efficiency
Travel & Logistics
- Plan and coordinate all domestic and international travel, including private aviation where applicable
- Prepare detailed itineraries, travel packs, and ensure all logistics are seamlessly arranged
- Accompany the principal on trips as required, providing on‑the‑ground support
- Manage visas, travel documentation, and health requirements for all destinations
- Liaise with hotels, concierge services, and local contacts in advance of travel
Personal & Lifestyle Management
- Manage and track personal commitments, social engagements, and family events
