We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to transition from volume-based hiring to building relationships and delivering high-quality placements. Recruitment is often perceived as transactional, but the private staff market is distinct. It is a sector founded on trust, discretion and long-term connections. - 2–3+ years’ experience in recruitment, sales or real estate or a similar role

- Comfortable managing multiple live searches simultaneously
- Commercially aware and target-driven
- Proficient in English. A second language is a plus

- £28,000–33,000+ gross base salary (DOE) - Total compensation per year can be approximately £38,000 to £50,000+ depending on performance
