Our client, an award-winning entertainment group spanning live experiences, eCommerce, and content, is hiring a PA to support its two Co-Founders. 80% business, 20% private.
The role
- Complex diary management and gatekeeping
- End-to-end travel and lifestyle coordination with detailed itineraries
- Meeting logistics and note-taking
- Expenses and payment admin
- Document and information management - correspondence, NDAs, filing
The Ideal Candidate
- Early-career PA looking to grow. Exceptionally organised, discreet, and proactive.
- Calm under pressure with a "see it before it becomes a problem" mindset.
- Hybrid preferred - fully on-site or remote considered with ability to be in London at short notice.
- Occasional travel.
- Virtual assistant model also under consideration.
