We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Personal Assistant to support a UHNW family. The ideal candidate will have a proven background working within private households, managing the demanding and fast-paced lifestyle of a high-net-worth principal and her children. This is a dynamic and hands-on role requiring exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs well in advance. The successful candidate will operate as a true lifestyle manager, planning 30 days ahead, managing complex schedules, and overseeing all aspects of the family’s personal and logistical requirements with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating complex family schedules and calendars
  • Overseeing health, beauty, and personal appointments
  • Handling high-volume online purchases, returns, and inventory management
  • Organising children’s school schedules, extracurricular activities, and logistics
  • Researching and sourcing products, services, and trends (fashion, lifestyle, etc.)
  • Booking restaurants, leisure activities, and exclusive reservations
  • Planning and coordinating private events and social engagements
  • Acting as a key point of contact for vendors, service providers, and external partners

Travel & Logistics

  • Organising complex international travel, including private jets, yachts, and staff coordination
  • Travelling with the family and ahead of schedule to prepare residences and itineraries
  • Managing packing, unpacking, and detailed travel preparations
  • Coordinating activities, reservations, and concierge services while travelling

Household Organisation

  • Maintaining detailed inventories of household items, wardrobe, and personal belongings
  • Managing global shipping, purchases, and resale of items
  • Ensuring all properties are fully stocked and organised

Financial & Administrative

  • Managing expenses, invoices, and purchase tracking with precision
  • Maintaining accurate financial records for reporting to family offices and accountants
  • Keeping detailed records relating to medical, educational, and personal matters

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive gross monthly salary (paid over 12 months)
  • USD 50 per night per diem when travelling outside of the UAE
  • Discretionary annual bonus
  • Home leave allowance of AED 2,500, payable after 12 months of service and annually thereafter
  • Live-out position (accommodation is not provided)
  • Visa transfer or application costs covered by the employer
  • Cigna Category A UAE health insurance, provided after successful completion of a 90-day probation period
  • Employment under a UAE-based contract and employer of record

Working Schedule & Additional Benefits

  • Contracted for a 50-hour working week (no overtime paid due to senior salary level)
  • Flexibility required, with hours determined by the needs of the family/business
  • 2 days off per week (days in lieu provided if unable to take scheduled days off)
  • Annual leave and public holidays in accordance with UAE labour law

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Private PA within a UHNW/VIP household
  • Proven experience supporting a high-profile female principal and children
  • Strong background in managing complex lifestyles and high-pressure environments
  • Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly discreet, professional, and adaptable
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and working within fully staffed households
  • Flexible and available to travel extensively and work outside standard hours

Additional Details

  • Working Hours: 50h per week – flexible hours + extra
  • Salary Offered: 25,000 to 35,000 AED per month
