A dynamic UHNW family is seeking a Spanish-speaking, highly organised, proactive, and well-rounded Personal Assistant to support both personal and project-based responsibilities. This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting a creative, entrepreneurial Principal, requiring someone who is equally comfortable booking restaurants, managing household logistics, and overseeing multiple ongoing projects. No two days will be the same. The role will be primarily based in London (Westbourne Grove), with regular involvement in a developing polo estate in Surrey and occasional coordination of a second residence in Ibiza. This is a hybrid position, allowing the candidate to enjoy a well-balanced life and work experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Full diary and lifestyle management for the Principal, including appointments, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination
- Travel planning and logistics (UK and international), ensuring seamless itineraries
- End-to-end project coordination, including property-related projects (renovations, decorating, supplier sourcing)
- Liaising with contractors, builders, and suppliers, overseeing timelines and ensuring smooth execution
- Managing budgets and tracking payments across household and project spend
- Supporting with polo-related logistics and ensuring readiness for events and matches
- Household oversight in London, working alongside existing staff (Nanny/PA, driver), ensuring smooth day-to-day running
- Liaising with the international properties team/House Managers as needed
- Sourcing items, researching suppliers, and assisting with creative projects
- Managing school-related admin and payments for two children (aged 10 and 12)
- Ad hoc personal support for extended family when required
Requirements:
- Spanish-speaking is a must
- Mostly remote working, with in-person meetings when needed
- Holidays to be taken outside of school holiday periods
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive
- A strong problem-solver who is practical and hands-on
- Experienced in HNW private household or family office environments
- Confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to go the extra mile
- Discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (flexibility required)
Salary Offered: £65,000 gross per annum
