EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, FULL-TIME – Amsterdam, Netherlands Location: Amsterdam
Job Description: A CEO and founder of a deep-tech company is urgently looking to hire an Executive Assistant with strong, diligent, and highly professional support. The CEO is very detail-oriented and places great emphasis on precision, discretion, and how all communication is perceived. His EA must be someone who can quickly understand his thinking, preferences, and working style and adapt seamlessly to it, so that their support is proactive and reliable, without requiring constant double-checking. Confidentiality and professionalism are absolutely essential given the nature of the business.
The location for the role is flexible, though an overlap with European and U.S. East Coast working hours is required; i.e. either remote or in person in the Amsterdam office
Contract: Dutch contract.
Responsibilities
- Calendar and schedule management
- Travel arrangements (often complex & high-end)
- Meeting coordination and gatekeeping
- Drafting and managing correspondence (emails, messages, meeting notes)
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Document preparation and formatting
- Expense management and reporting
- Occasional event planning
- Occasional support for private matters (travel, service provider coordination, etc)
- General office management tasks
Qualifications
Requirements: A high standard of English is a must. European passport.
